Happiness journey won the ‘Couple’s Treatment of the Year’ at the AsiaSpa Awards 2016 and is the
first day spa in Hong Kong to launch ESPA products along with customised signature treatments.
Bodywize Wellness recently launched its fitness and largest facility at 3,200sqft, Reshape by
Bodywize. Opened in July 2017, the facility is set to fundamentally alter the way we train our
body, senses and movement. From body sculpting to personal Superfunctional training based
on Sudden Dynamic Interference, programmes are individually designed to improve fitness and
physical senses, while ensuring overall vitality and well-being. The interior of Reshape keeps a
natural aesthetic with organic elements to strengthen the human-nature connection. Natural light
sets the ambience of the workout zone and The Penthouse is an area focusing on hand and foot
rituals by ESPA with an emphasis on the ambience of serenity and comfort.
Bodywize Yoga & Fitness is a 3,000sqft studio offering Air and yoga practices, contributes not
