Judy Chapman is the former

magazine and author of four
books on spas. Over the past
20 years, she has explored the
world, creating award-winning

and treatment experiences.
She lives between Bali and
New York. This time, Chapman
experiences Oman’s fragrant spa
rituals (p.116).

VICKI WILLIAMS

Vicki Williams is a freelance
journalist, who has lived in Hong
Kong for over 10 years. She is
a specialist in travel, food and
lifestyle writing, with a passion
for the good life. Her articles
have appeared in newspapers,
magazines and websites,
including BBC Travel, CNN
Travel, South China Morning
Post, The Peak, and Appetite. In
this issue, she investigates the

Louise Cronk is a London-based
freelance writer who spends her

Elle Kwan grew up in the UK but

almost a decade. In that time
she has written on health, food,
fashion and living, interviewing
everyone from Michelin-starred
chefs to movie stars. In this
issue she talks about how to eat
mindfully so both body and soul
benefit (p.58).

Emily McCabe is a Hong Kong-
based lifestyle journalist. A keen
and intrepid traveller, design and
fashion aficionado, obsessed
with the local culinary culture.
She writes about contemporary
design, cutting-edge beauty
treatments, local culinary
culture and travel. For the
current issue, she looks into the
growing awareness of cosmetic
ingredients and its impact on the
beauty industry (p.56).
