Hyatt’s mobile application is the go-to
tool for every discerning traveller. The
best feature of the app, however, is that
it lets you check-in before you arrive and
check-out on the go.
WORLD OF HYATT
The application—available on Apple Store
and Google Play—gives the user hands-on
control of essentially every aspect of his/
her stay at any Hyatt property. At select
hotels, you can check your room number
or order room service without having to go
through the ordeal of a phone call.
THE PERKS
The hotel chain has gone the extra mile
by giving away free nights to members
of the new World of Hyatt loyalty
programme, based on reward points.
You can earn these points through a
variety of experiences, such as dining
and spa treatments, besides stays at
the properties.
Use the app to book an Uber ride from/
to the airport. For any assistance, touch
base with the Hyatt concierge via Facebook
Messenger or Twitter. To add a local fl avour
to your trip, follow the customised itinerary
of must-have experiences on the app.

The latest addition to Hyatt’s bevy of
technological solutions, STAYCAST
offers personalised in-room streaming of
your favourite movies, television shows
or private content with the help of a
Chromecast device. It fully integrates with
the World of Hyatt mobile app and offers
seamless streaming of photos, videos, or
presentations for upcoming meetings. It
comes with a fool-proof secure system
that does not need a code or personal
credentials on the TV, and automatically
logs out guests at check-out. The technology
is already available at 14 Hyatt hotels,
including Hyatt Regency New Orleans and
Andaz 5th Avenue, and is on its way to
