TOXIC BROADCAST: A pedestrian, wearing a surgical mask, turns to watch a television screen while walking in Tokyo,
Japan, on November 29. The television channel was broadcasting North Korea leader Kim Jong Un’s announcement
of yet another intercontinental ballistic missile launch, shattering a two-month period of relative quiet. After the test firing,
some analysts warned that North Korea might now have a missile capable of reaching the US east coast.
