Hengkui sends the drunk
Junying home. They run into
Hengkui’s former girlfriend,
Yin Zhiyan. Junying mocks
Hengkui for working for
him even though he had
snatched his girlfriend. Later
on, Zhiyan asks Hengkui
if they can reconcile. He

his house. Yingshan is
heartbroken.
Zhen’ai is transferred to
work at the headquarters.
She is involved in a
competition and has to
prepare materials for a
presentation.
At the hospital, Zhen’ai
chances upon Xuncai when
she visits Dongchu. She
promises to give him a treat
if she gets into the planning
team.
Junying delegates menial
jobs to Hengkui and orders
him to run errands. Hengkui
humbles himself and does
as he’s told.
Caili texts Hengshun
excitedly about the dinner
with him and both their
fathers. He quickly warns
Zaimin, who’s on the way
to the restaurant and has
no idea Caili and her father
are joining them for dinner.
Zaimin begs Hengshun to
help him. Hengshun runs to
the restaurant immediately
and intercepts Caili.
HS Fashion offers their
planning team’s employees
a chance to study overseas.
It’s the reason why Zhen’ai
has worked hard to get into
this team. She continues to
strive to leave her house.
Zhen’ai goes back to the
office at night to retrieve an
important document. She
stumbles into a man, who
drops all his documents.
She picks up a thumb drive
that he drops, but he isalready out of sight. She
then runs into Yingshan and
has a hearty chat with her.
The next morning,
Zhen’ai dresses up for
the presentation. To her
shock, the presentation is
cancelled. She is accused
of leaking confidential
information to their
competitor.
An investigation
team inspects Zhen’ai’s
belongings and finds the
thumb drive containing
the secret documents.
Yingshan expresses her
disappointment in her.
Zhen’ai goes to the
competitor’s office, trying
to find out who leaked the
information. But she’s not
allowed to see anyone.
Hengshun is fired from
his job. To make things
worse, he fails another job
interview. He is irked when
Caili keeps texting him.
Shanyu delivers kimchi
to Paradise Cafe. Its owner
is Hong Rouzi, her childhood
friend. Rouzi wants to
impress Zhexiong, who likes
the side dishes Shanyu
makes.
Rouzi’s daughter, Xuan
Huizhu, bumps into Hengkui
and stains his shirt. She
gets a dressing down from
him.
Hengshun doesn’t want
to lie to Caili anymore. He
is on the verge of telling
her the truth when Zaimin
interrupts him.
Zhexiong brings the
kimchi home and shares
it with his mother, Madam
Song. She praises the dish.
Xuncai and Zhexiong
are competing for another
project. Xuncai makes a bet
with Zhexiong: If he loses,
he will work under Zhexiong
in JY Group.
After reading Zhen’ai’s
diary, Shanyu realises her
daughter is pretending to be
strong and confident while
internally she is scared and
insecure.
The investigation teamcomes to her house to
search Zhen’ai’s room.
Although Zhen’ai has given
her permission, Shanyu
denies them entry.
Shanyu can’t sleep at
night. She enters Zhen’ai’s
room and sees her crying in

The next morning, Shanyu
goes to have a talk with
Yingshan. She brings the
documents Zhen’ai had
prepared tirelessly for
the presentation, pointing
out there’s no way she
would betray the company.
Yingshan apologises and
assures her that she will
uncover the truth.
Zhen’ai is angry and
embarrassed by her
mother’s actions. Shanyu
apologises, and says she
is just trying to defend her
daughter.
Yingshan reprimands
the investigation team
for pointing an accusing
finger at Zhen’ai without
substantial evidence.
Just then, Yingshan
receives news that e-mail
correspondences with the
competitor have been found
in Zhen’ai’s work computer.
She refuses to listen to
Zhen’ai’s explanation.
Zhen’ai carries a box
containing her work items
and walks home in the
rain. Driving by, Xuncai
spots her. He urges her to
get into his car, and goes
to the convenience store to
buy food and a blanket for
her.
When Yingshan calls
him about their dinner
appointment, he lies that he
has an urgent assignment to
attend to. Yingshan drives
by, and sees Xuncai’s car
parked by the roadside.
Back at home, Zhen’ai
receives a call from the
police station, requesting
her assistance in a violation
of commercial confidentiality.Xuncai learns from Yingshan
what is going on.
Caili calls Hengshun and
asks him to visit her house.
He panics.
At Paradise Cafe, Rouzi
is elated to receive a call
from Zhexiong. He asks her
to make more side dishes
for him.
Zhen’ai goes to the police
station. She is surprised at
Hengkui’s unexpected arrival
to help her.
Hengkui is following up
on a divorce case involving a
top star and a wealthy man.
He hopes that by handling
the case, he will gain
recognition and reputation.
He meets up with Zhiyan,
whose cousin is the wealthy
man. Zhiyan agrees to help
him clinch the case, only if
he marries her.
Rouzi goes to the eatery
to place an order of side
dishes. She was Dongchu’s
first love, and starts
flirting with him. Although
exasperated, Shanyu
accepts her order.
Zhen’ai begins to
suspect that Manager Yang
leaked the confidential files.
Xuncai helps her investigate.
He manages to find Manager
Yang caring for his ailing wife
at the hospital.
Zhen’ai visits Manager
Yang’s wife and brings
porridge for her. Manager
Yang is touched, and
guilt-stricken.
The next day, Manager
Yang owns up to his crime.
He did it to pay for his
wife’s medical bills. Zhen’ai
tears up after her name is
cleared.
Yingshan apologises to
Zhen’ai for not trusting her.
Shanyu passes by, and feels
jealous to see Yingshan
hugging Zhen’ai.
Yingshan stops by at
Xuncai’s office. She sees
him smiling and staring at
his phone. She wants him to
be honest with her because
she doesn’t like her son
hiding his girlfriend from her.108
