The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler, concluded
its third annual gala ceremony with a sea of confetti on 12 October at the
Fairmont Jakarta. Agung Sedayu Group dominated the competition with 17
wins including Best Developer, plus six Highly Commended accolades – the
most for any company.
A record number of design and special awards were presented at the black-tie
gala dinner, which was attended by about 280 guests and industry leaders. The
event also served as a reunion of sorts for previous winners who were allowed
to compete again due to further development in their respective projects.
