Mergen Chuluun
Executive Director, Business
Council of Mongolia
Chuluun is an entrepreneur with
more than a decade of executive
leadership experience in service,
retail, direct sales, manufacturing,
distribution, and digital marketing
industries. He is currently services
as executive director of Business
Council of Mongolia, the premier
business association in Mongolia for
advocacy, sharing of best practices,
and networking with more than 200
of the leading investors and local
market leaders. In 2016, Chuluun
was appointed to the Mongolian
prime minister’s Economic Policy
Council. He is also founder of
Togtokh Trade, a learning company
that brings best of business and
management content, training and
consulting to Mongolia.


Michael McCollough
Managing Director, KMC MAG
Group
McCollough oversees the sales and
investments team as well as the
agency team handling major tenant
representation assignments. He
has built important relationships
to assist foreign clients with
government agencies such as
the Philippine Economic Zone
Authority (PEZA) and the Board
of Investments (BOI) to ensure
KMC clients receive the proper tax
incentives for their investments into
the Philippines. A large part of his
commercial real estate experience
is in advising multinational


companies on their real estate
needs for various locations in the
Philippines, including next wave
cities. He is also a founder of
KMC Solutions, which is a service
provider and incubator to some of
the multinational Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) companies.

Michel Cassagnes
Managing Director, Archtype
Cassagnes has more than 1 years’
experience in several countries,
including Portugal, France,
Australia, China, Vietnam and
Cambodia. He has worked on a wide
range of projects from shopping
centres in China and Vietnam to
hotels and resorts in Vietnam and
Australia as well as residential and
commercial buildings in Cambodia.

Mina Ondang
Director (Investment), PT. Cushman
 Wakefield Indonesia
As senior member of Cushman &
9akefield +ndonesia’s +nvestment
team, Ondang serves high-net-
worth individuals across the
archipelago and abroad. Among
other accomplishments, Ondang
was instrumental in successful sales
of Office  and /ultivision Tower
in Jakarta. She also successfully
represented Redplanet Hotels in
acquiring hotel sites across the
country.

Minkqee Tan
Chief Designer and Architect,
Minkke Architects Pte Ltd
Tan is the founder of leading
Singapore practice Minkke
Architects. The Penang-born,
Australia-bred designer earned his

design spurs from the University of
Sydney in 1990. He has since worked
on buildings around the world,
including notable commissions
such as the IBM Business Park in
Sydney and the Silvian Imberg
ƃagship store in +srael. *e is the
incumbent chairman of the Asia
Property Awards (Singapore).

Monique Cornelio Pronove
CEO, Pronove Tai
Pronove has 2 years of
industry experience honed from
employment in Hong Kong and
the Philippines. Prior to founding
Pronove Tai, she worked in Hong
Kong for seven years as associate
director of Jones Lang LaSalle in
charge of Philippines consultancy
and Asia research data management
for Southeast Asia. Pronove was
contributing author of the ‘Cities in
the Pacific Rim Planning Systems
and Property Markets’ published in
London and distributed in the US
and Canada.

Mya Myitzu
Creative Director/Head Designer,
M. Interiors (M.ID) Design and
Design Management
After completing her degree Myitzu
went to work for famed interior
designer Kelly 9earstler in Beverly
Hills while attending the Otis
College of Arts for Interior Design.
She then returned to her birthplace
Yangon to start a design business.
Myitzu has worked on several high-
end projects such as Martin Pun’s
Estate in Pun Hlaing, executive
offices for Dagon Construction
Group and Ruby Dragon and most
recently, a bar and Los Angeles-style
