Ramon Fernando D. Rufino
Co-President, The Net Group, and
Chairman, Urban Land Institute
Philippines
Rufino helped incorporate in 2
the Philippine Green Building
Council (PhilGBC) where he served
as chairman. His company, The
Net Group, is the largest owner,
developer and manager of office
buildings in the Bonifacio Global
City central business district in
the Philippines. The Net Group
is also the Philippines’ top green
developer with its entire portfolio
either certified or undergoing
certification under BERDE (Building
for Ecologically Responsive Design
Excellence), the national voluntary
green building rating tool of the
country. He is a past president
of the Philippine Chapter of
Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO)
and was named 21 Philippines
Real Estate Personality of the Year,
the youngest ever recipient in the
country.


Ratana Phurik-Callebaut
Executive Director, EuroCham
Cambodia
Phurik-Callebaut grew up in
France where she graduated
both in industrial economics and
international trade and finance
at La Sorbonne University. After
several years in Geneva she moved
back to Cambodia in 2003.

Robert Krupica
Senior Partner, Hughes Krupica
Krupica previously practiced
law in California, gaining both
transactional and litigation
experience on a variety of
complex business, employment,
bankruptcy, and real estate cases
while representing both businesses
and individuals. He also studied
law at the National University of
Singapore before co-founding
Hughes Krupica in Thailand. He is
a long-time regional panel head for
Phuket.

Roshan Madawela
Director and Founding CEO,
Research Intelligence Unit
Prior to founding Research
Intelligence Unit (RIU), Madawela
also served as consultant for Asian
Development Bank, 9orld Bank, Sri
Lankan Government Ministries and
several international major banks.
He is also a director and chief editor
of the Big Issue Sri Lanka magazine.
Madawela was a consultant at the
Office of the Advisor to the Prime

Minister of Sri Lanka. He completed
his education at Quintin Kynaston
School in London, Keele University,
Middlesex University and City
University.

Co. Ltd.
Since 2 Downing has been
sourcing holiday, retirement and

in Hua Hin. A long-time Thailand
Property Awards judge, Downing
has separately placed three of his
luZury listings in the 9all Street
Journal’s “House of the Day”
feature. His company publishes
the luxury lifestyle magazine HOT
Hua Hin, which prints 6,000 copies
every month. Downing is a long-
time regional panel head for Hua
Hin in Thailand.
