Sasivimol Sinthawanarong
Design Principal, JARKEN Co., Ltd.
Sasivimol co-founded multidisciplinary
design firm ,ARKE0 in 1. A
decade later, she was recognised as
one of the most promising young
interior designer in Asia Pacific by
the 9orld Federation of +nterior
Architects. She majored in interior
architecture at Chulalongkorn
University, and pursued her design
research in postgraduate studies from
Parson School of Design in New York
and DOMUS Academia in Milano.


Simon Griffiths
General Manager at Metro Global
Pte Ltd
Before embarking on his latest role
with /etro Global, Griffiths was
with CBRE Cambodia for more than
five years where he held a multi
disciplinary role as a commercial
real estate consultant working in
property management, research,
valuation and commercial leasing
departments and has a depth of
knowledge in Cambodian and
international real estate.

Vice-President, Cambodian Valuers
and Estate Agents Association
(CVEA)
Dr. Siphana is a practicing attorney
and the managing partner at Sok
Siphana & Associates, a top-tier
full service law firm in Cambodia.
He also serves as advisor to the
Royal Government of Cambodia
concurrently attached to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
International Cooperation.

Stephen Zawmoe Shwe

9hile at Columbia 7niversity, Shwe
won prominent design awards
including the SOM Foundation
Architecture Fellowship and the
AIA Allwork Scholarship Award.
Prior to establishing SPiNE, Shwe
worked for seven years as an
Associate at Tecny Group in New
York, where he oversaw the design
and construction of numerous
residential and commercial
proLects including 1 l’Occitane
stores throughout the US and
over 20 residential, commercial,
and institutional projects including
the American Federation of
Arts headquarters and Morelle
(Equipment) showroom in New
York City. He started the SPiNE
Architects office in /yanmar in
2003.

Stephanie Balendra
Director, SB Realtors (Private)
Limited
Balendra joined SB Realtors in 2014.
She also co-created Homes N Spaces

Lanka Properties with the purpose
of focusing on service standards,
ethics and professionalism in the
fast-developing Sri Lankan real
estate sector in a new a Sri Lankan
Business climate more conducive
to foreign investment. She is also
involved in intercultural training
of senior expatriates working in
Colombo.

Steven Mayes
Managing Director, JLL Sri Lanka
Mayes recently arrived to the Sri
Lankan real estate scene as the
managing director of Jones Lang
LaSalle Lanka Pvt Ltd, one of
the country’s leading real estate
consulting firms. Based in Colombo,
he brings more than  years of
experience in international real
estate to JLL’s Sri Lanka business.
Mayes, a British national with
extensive experience in the UK and
Middle East, is transitioning to his
role in Sri Lanka from a long spell as
director of sales and agency for a
commercial real estate provider in
the Middle East and North Africa.

knowledge, Suphin is regarded

Under her leadership, JLL has

elected chairperson of the Thailand
Property Awards in 2016.
