However, these days, Apple Stores serve as far
more than simply places to buy new products.
Ahrendts has admitted as such in a recent
interview reflecting on her time at Apple,
explaining that “they’re not even stores, we

because the entire community is welcome.” She

The Today at Apple program – and the creative

and other fields – has expanded over time. Last
October, Apple unveiled an all-new catalogue
of Today at Apple sessions that has since made
its way to all Apple stores. However, at Apple’s
most recent keynote, O’Brien was quick to
remind attendees of several other pragmatic
ways that Apple stores can assist customers,
such as with getting their new device fully set
up before it leaves the store.
