Look Around is perhaps the biggest new feature
in Apple Maps - Apple’s alternative to Google
Street View, offering a street-level view of towns

tap them and you’ll be taken to a close-up
street level view of the location in a card, which
you can tap to move through the area. What’s
different about Look Around and Street View is
that Apple will highlight points of interest such
as restaurants and businesses right from the get-
go, which is great if you’re a tourist looking to
explore a new city on the fly.
What’s unfortunate, however, is that Look
Around is limited to parts of California and
Nevada, although Apple has promised its
availability will expand over the course of 2019.
