After the events of Spider-Man: Homecoming
and Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker
(Tom Holland) attempts to put his super-

those of Endgame, the marketing
campaign for Far from Home tried to
avoid spoilers for Endgame before that
film’s release in April 2019. - In grossing over $1.1 billion globally, Far
from Home has become the first Spider-Man
movie to cross the billion-dollar mark. - Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays Mysterio in this
film, was previously in line to play the lead
role in 2004’s Spider-Man 2 after its expected
lead Tobey Maguire picked up an injury, but
this later healed. - Gyllenhaal’s fondness for his full “superhero”
suit in this film is the reason why he seldom
appears in any other attire throughout.
