Signed from Norwich City in June 2016. Part of the Canaries’ side which

gained promotion to the Premier League via the Play-Offs in 2015.

Began his career at hometown club Birmingham City, turning

professional in July 2010. Made his senior debut for Blues the following

month as a late substitute in a League Cup tie with Rochdale aged 16

years and 173 days to become the club’s second youngest-ever player.

Following Birmingham’s relegation, the winger played regularly in the

Championship, before returning to the top flight with Norwich in the

summer of 2013.

Joined Saints for a reported fee of £10m, scoring on his debut in a 1-

draw with Watford. Won 38 caps at Under-21 level for England, before

earning a senior nod against Germany in March.

NATHAN REDMOND

A regular in the Southampton line-up since joining from Rangers in

July 2012. In September, he made his 200th senior appearance for

the club, scoring the only goal of the game against Crystal Palace.

A member of Aston Villa’s FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2002, he

debuted as a substitute in a Premier League game with Norwich City in

September 2004.

After 102 appearances for Villa, he signed for Fulham in a £4m deal

in July 2007. His time at Craven Cottage proved brief and after just 22

games he moved to Rangers, initially on loan, signing permanently in the

summer of 2008. During his four-year stay at Ibrox he was part of three

title-winning sides. The current skipper of Northern Ireland, he recently

passed the 100-cap mark.

STEVEN DAVIS

Took over as Southampton boss in June following the departure of Claude

Puel, making a return to the Premier League having previously both played and

coached at Liverpool.

His first managerial role came at Valencia but lasted just seven months before he

returned to his native Argentina to take charge of Estudiantes and Independiente.

In June 2016, he became the new head coach at Alaves, guiding them to the Final of

the Copa Del Rey for the first time in their history.

A central defender in his playing days, he began his career at Club Atletico Velez

Sarsfield, winning numerous domestic and international competitions before

spending the 1998/99 campaign on loan at Barcelona where he was part of the title-

winning side. In 1999 he joined Valencia.

During his five seasons with the club, they twice won La Liga and reached

consecutive Champions League Finals as well as winning the UEFA Cup in 2004. He

won three caps for Argentina in 1997.
