GIRARD-PERREGAUX
LAUREATO SKELETON
CERAMIC
Girard-Perregaux introduces its
emblematic Laureato Skeleton to the
world of ceramics. While the Laureato
Skeleton is taking a walk on the dark
side, solely to enhance its charisma and
strong presence, it still allows light to
flood through its openworked movement.
The Laureato Skeleton Ceramic thereby
once again demonstrates the strength
and relevance of the Girard-Perregaux
design, capable of multiple mutations
through time in terms of both size and
materials. The Laureato is defined by a
polished octagonal bezel fitted on an
integrated case with no lugs or loops.
The use of ceramics further accentuates
its ergonomic qualities as the technical
material is light, virtually scratchproof and
extremely well tolerated by the skin. Its
extreme hardness nonetheless makes it
a material that is extremely hard to shape,
especially when it comes to following
the complex volumes of the Laureato.
Despite the challenges, Girard-Perregaux
chose to carve out the octagonal bezel
and the shape of the bracelet links from
a solid block of material, as well as to give
them the required textures.

GLASHÜTTE ORIGINAL SENATOR CHRONOGRAPH PANORAMA DATE
This timepiece confronts the challenges of stormy fall days with casual elegance, it is a robust
timepiece built for everyday use and steps into the spotlight with the Saxon manufactory’s
unmistakable flair for design. With this new addition Glashütte Original did more than simply
add a third version to the line it had launched with platinum and red gold models. It also
gave its classic and elegant Senator line a much-admired impulse with the stainless-steel
version’s contemporary design. The polished hands and numerous white details ensure
clear contrasts on the deep black dial, crafted by experienced experts in the
watchmaker’s own dial manufactory in Pforzheim.
Dial visuals exhibit the Senator line’s characteristic
symmetry in the form of 30-minute and 12-hour
counters and a small seconds dial. The
harmonious arrangement of the
three chronograph displays
is gracefully enhanced
by the discreet, yet
impressive 70-hour
power reserve
indicator positioned
within the small
seconds.

CHRONOMÈTRE FERDINAND BERTHOUD FB 1.4
With its all-titanium case and bright blue detailing, this
demanding and technical metal transfigures a timepiece
already exceptional by the quality of its construction, its
craftsmanship and its complications. Interpreted in two
versions, with a black or silver-toned dial swept over by blued
hands, this certified chronometer is a lighter version of the
Chronomètre FERDINAND BERTHOUD FB 1. Its lightness
and its modernity are further reinforced by the choice of
chamfered sapphire bridges for its FB-T.FC-2 calibre. Their
transparency enables the gaze to plunge into the depths of
the entirely rhodium-plated movement, while
ensuring smooth visual integration
with the titanium case colour.
Its design, its movements,
its finishing and
everything composing
this chronometer with
tourbillon and constant
force are entirely
specific and testify to
an uncompromising
determination to
achieve excellence.
