We are committed not only to internal communications, but also
family-friendly practices in the workplace. Every year, open days are
organi]ed and our staff’s family members are invited to visit our offi ce to
experience the work culture and conditions at Center 66 for the purpose
of enhancing the mutual understanding of our staff and their family
members. We have also set up a dedicated breastfeeding room and
related amenities for lactating staff.
We care for our staff in all possible ways. The management team
delivers thank-you packs in person and distribute summertime food packs
as a token of appreciation for the hardworking staff. We also present gifts
to staff to share festive Moy with them. In addition, our staff benefi t from a
range of staff benefi ts, including maternity allowance, birthday allowance,
medical insurance, and ”Wellness Day”.
We promote the importance of work-life balance by organizing a
diverse range of staff activities regularly, such as archery, painting, sports
events and talent shows. In view of the popularity of reading among our
staff, we have set up a reading corner where books covering different
areas of interest are provided.

to the community. In 2016, our
volunteer service hours exceeded
1,000 hours. We serve the
community at different levels
through volunteer activities
ranging from visits to the elderly
during the Mid-Autumn Festival
to tree planting. In addition, staff
families are invited to participate
in our volunteer activities to contribute to the community together.
Our staff have found their time with Center 66 most rewarding as
they can realize their own value and make contributions to the community

AND DEVELOPMENT
Through a well-developed training system, we provide a wide variety of
training courses to our staff. The number of staff participating in training
is increasing year by year. We develop customized training programs
every year catering to our staff’s needs to make sure that they can

staff set goals, maximize their potential and improve their performance,
the Company conducts performance appraisals twice a year to encourage
