We are committed to staff wellness and work-life balance. We organize
“Wellness Days”, basketball matches, yoga classes and other activities
to promote the importance of health to our staff. We also organize a
variety of leisure events, such as “The Voice of Hang Lung” karaoke
singing contests, food festivals, and annual outing for our staff to enjoy
life through work.
We endeavor to give back to the community. Riverside 66 is

comprehensive Talent Training
and Development System,
we develop training courses
customized to our staff’s needs.
We organize “Hang Lung
Challenge” for all new joins.
Through challenging and fun-
fi lled games and activities, the
program helps staff to understand

code of conduct.
A series of customer
service enhancement courses
are provided to front-line staff,
covering grooming, service
attitude and customer handling skills to help improving their competence
and make the best of their strengths.
For managerial staff, the training focus is on general management.
In the Simulation Games for Project Management, staff are separated into
groups and required to develop and implement plans to move a project
forward. In the process, staff can develop a good understanding of what
it takes to manage a project well. The Minto Pyramid Principle Training is
designed to train staff to analyze a situation in an all-around way and from
different angles, with the focus on critical thinking, verbal communications,
written presentations, staff management and problem-solving.
We are committed to the “One Team” concept. To develop closer
bonds and better interdepartmental communications, we organize
outdoor training to provide opportunities for management and staff from
different departments to get together to improve communications and
mutual understanding.
Through these innovative and diverse development programs, we
cater the different needs of staff and excelling their potential and go
