  • Former Victor Manufacturing sales director Andrew
    Gibson has now joined Unitech Group in a dual
    business development manager role for both Stellex
    Manufacturing and Corsair Engineering.

  • Lincat has promoted its national account manager, Mike
    Woodman, to the new post of national sales manager,
    with Keith Shelly moving into his old role and Gareth
    Brown filling Shelly’s former position of business
    development manager.

  • Ice cream equipment manufacturer Carpigiani is now the
    exclusive supplier of IFI displays in the UK, though New
    Concept will continue to supply Scotland.

  • FEM has promoted Mark Hogan to commercial director
    after being marketing and sales manager for several years.

  • Andy Gentle, who is works director at Hobart
    Manufacturing UK, has been appointed chair of C ESA’s
    BSI/MCE 3/5 food machinery safety committee.

  • CEP has introduced a 2 year parts and labour warranty
    on all its products. In addition, the supplier will take
    full responsibility for the management of the warranty
    process through CEP Service.

  • First Choice Group training division Combico UK is
    delivering a new Logic Certification course which aims to
    support people into the commercial catering gas industry.

  • Electrolux Professional has appointed Steve Wooldridge
    to help grow its presence within the fine dining sector, and
    support the launch of its latest premium cooking stove.

  • Rugby-headquartered Filta Group Holdings has sold its
    refrigeration and HVAC maintenance and repair business,
    Filta Refrigeration, to Livingston-based Scotia Cooling
    Solutions for a cash consideration up to £125,000.

  • Welbilt has announced that long serving industry
    stalwart and current vice president of marketing, EMEA,
    Graham Veal retired from his role in January.
