here’s nothing more relaxing than
ending a tiring day with a long soak in the
tub. But did you know that you can now
float your way to that feeling of utter relaxation
with floatation therapy? Believed to bridge the gap
between the conscious and the subconscious in
an almost mind-altering way, floatation involves
spending 60–90 minutes naturally suspended in a
tub or tank of water in which enormous amounts
of Epsom salts have been mixed. Just like in the
Dead Sea, the salts in the water create an anti-
gravitational force that leads to buoyancy, and, of
course, these salts are great for your skin.
