  • 100gms cabbage

  • 20gms snow peas

  • 100gms avocado

  • 20gms cucumber

  • 20gms bean sprouts

  • 50gms broccoli

  • 30mls olive oil

  • The juice of a lemon

  • 5gms salt

  • A lemon wedge

  • Wash all the ingredients
    thoroughly with water.

    • Blanch the broccoli and snow peas.

    • Cut the cabbage, avocado and
      cucumber in the desired shape.

    • Toss up a dressing with the lemon
      juice, salt, honey and olive oil.

    • In a mixing bowl, bring all the
      vegetables and the dressing together.

    • Top with bean sprouts and place
      the lemon wedge on top.
