  • 500mls puri ed water

  • Crushed ice

  • 1 thinly sliced orange

  • 5–6 whole fresh berries

  • 1 lightly crushed sprig of thyme

  • 1 pineapple slice

  • Put the orange, berries, pineapple and
    thyme in a pitcher or fruit infuser bottle.

  • Cover with ice about half way to the
    top, then  ll with water.

  • Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
