of Learning Development, SENCO to lead this important and well-resourced

excellent examination results at GCSE, A Level and at IBDP. The successful
candidate must have considerable learning development experience, be able
to articulate a clear educational vision and provide dynamic and inspirational
leadership. He or she will be an outstanding teacher and possess creativity,
excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational abilities.
