ntires.com, a Germany-based start-
up company founded in 2016, will
be launching its cutting-edge digital
tire trading platform aimed at global
wholesalers and manufacturers during the
forthcoming Tire Cologne Exhibition held
end of May.

The web-based marketplace is designed
to enable its customers to “trade full
container and truck loads of tires in just
a few clicks.”

The trading portal facilitates the buying
and selling of tires for every type of
vehicle, from Passenger Car Tires to
Earthmover or Agricultural tires. During
the ordering process, buyers virtually fill
up their container and place an order in
just a few clicks. Intires.com arranges the
shipping of international orders with one
of the world’s leading logistic providers,
while offering full price transparency to
customers on the portal.

One of the founders’ specific areas of

interest is to increase market opportunities

for Asian manufacturers by connecting

them with customers in Europe, for

example. Additionally, wholesalers across

Europe will get access to offers from a

wide base of global suppliers, while Intires.

com remains their single point of contact.

As quoted by the company’s management,

“importers will no longer have to deal

with telephone requests, non-transparent

price quotes, logistic arrangements or

bureaucratic freight documentation.

Intires.com acts as a full service provider

by offering integrated purchasing and

logistics services.”

If supplier and buyer are both located

outside Europe, Intires.com arranges

for transportation to the port of choice.

The buyer then receives the goods at his

destination port and is responsible for the

import procedures and taxation.

Intires.com attaches great importance

to its high quality standards. As part of

the quality control process, container

deliveries from new suppliers are initially

checked and certified at the port of origin

by a leading third-party provider.

Another unique feature of Intires.com is

that suppliers upload their offers on the

portal and buyers are able to view and

compare the offers while the suppliers

remain anonymous. This means when a

container or truck is ordered, Intires.com

always purchases it first and then re-sells

it to the final buyer.

The company’s mission statement is “to
