Cub Quote: “Just living is not enough...

one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little

fl ower.” - Hans Christian Andersen

ON THE COVER
”I fi rst sighted these
jungle cat kittens from a
distance in a mustard fi
area adjoining a water eld
reservoir in the outskirts
of Jaipur, Rajastan. Then
they disappeared for a
couple of days. I saw them
again when a stray dog was
barking at them. Extremely
shy of humans, the owner of
the fi eld wasn’t even aware
of their presence. I tracked
them for two days, after
which they left the area.”
