Pink has always encouraged
women to stay off the scales
and feel good about who they
are, but she’s still super fit!

As she glided through the air,
hanging perilously from a
ceiling fixture during a recent
performance, it wasn’t Pink’s
daring acrobatic skills that had
everyone talking, rather it was
her hot new body.
Clad in a skin-tight, silver
catsuit, the 38-year-old mum of
two showed off her gym-honed
body as she took to the stage
during her Beautiful Trauma
world tour in Phoenix, Arizona


  • and it’s all thanks to her
    powerhouse personal trainer,
    Jeanette Jenkins.
    The Just Like A Pill singer
    has been training with Jeanette
    four to five times a week since
    giving birth to her son, Jameson,
    in December 2016.
    ‘We mix up the methods
    of training — sculpting, rowing,
    boxing, dance, yoga, Pilates,
    power walking, jogging,
    running and cycling —
    for variety on the body,’
    says Jeanette.
    ‘But there are some base
    moves that are done weekly
    to make sure we are specifically
    strengthening the pelvis wall,


transverse abdominals and all
the muscles of the core.’
Despite her incredible weight
loss, Pink – who is also mum to
daughter, Willow, six – has
previously encouraged women
to not feel pressured to conform
to society’s ideals.
‘I know I’m not at my goal
or anywhere near it after baby
number two, but dammit I don’t
feel obese,’ she said in an
Instagram post last year.
‘The only thing I’m feeling is
myself. Stay off that scale
ladies!’

The mother of
two was
looking in fine
form when she
took to the
stage recently,
bouncing back
from the birth of
her second child,
a son, Jameson.
