Hakkasan to reopen at Atlantis The Palm

akkasan Dubai, Time Out Dubai’s

Best Chinese Restaurant 2018, is

to open at Atlantis The Palm later

this year.

The Dubai branch of the world-famous

chain closed its doors in Jumeirah Emirates

Towers on July 1, with a promise to relocate

soon. And it hasn’t let us down, as it

has now been revealed that the globally

renowned Chinese restaurant will be housed

in the massive hotel on the Palm.

Hakkasan will open in The Avenues of

Atlantis The Palm in September, before

moving to The Royal Atlantis Resort and

Residences in 2019.

“We are conodent that diners will enjoy

this Hakkasan at Atlantis The Palm, whether

they are coming for our authentic

cuisine, award-winning mixed

drinks, stylish atmosphere or all

of the above,” said Nick McCabe,

CEO of Hakkasan Group.

The menu will include all of

the restaurant’s signature dishes

including the world-famous

Peking duck and tasty dim sum.

There will also be a “selection

of innovative dishes”, unique to

Hakkasan at Atlantis.

The global restaurant brand

opened in London in 2001 and has since

made a massive name for itself across the

world including in Las Vegas and Mumbai.

Mega brunching

Dubai’s most famous party

brunch Candypants is bowing

out of its Friday oxture at XL

Dubai, but keep those dancing

shoes because there are going

to be ove “very special mega

brunches” across the year.

The popular brunch and

former Time Out Dubai Best

Party Brunch – has been held

at the venue at Habtoor Grand

Resort, Autograph Collection in

Dubai Marina for four years now,

attracting fun-loving partygoers.

But there’s a “new chapter”

of brunching coming, says the

Candypants team.

Not only will there be ove

mega brunches held at different

venues across Dubai, from now

until next summer, there’s set

to be a “new boutique arm of

brunch” under the Candypants

umbrella. It’s promised to be a

“completely new concept in an

incredible new home”.
