STRESS-FREE MAGAZINE
I really like the Santacruzan
Special, particularly the “Faith
Meets Fashion” story. I love
how the magazine covered the
different designers and highlighted
how they explored culture and
fashion. At first, when I saw
My Pope, I thought that it was
a fanatically religious magazine,
but lo and behold, it isn’t!
I hope you cover
more stories
like this. I really look
forward to reading
more stories that
spark my interest
and at the same
time keep me
stress-free!

WE LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE
WHO HELP OTHERS

It is always a pleasure to buy an issue.
Aside from the information, trivia, and
special recipes, we get to see many people do good to those
in need. I hope to see more of these people so we can inspire
others, even in a small way, to give their time to those less
fortunate than us.
—A reader from Italy

The Highest Prayer
While appealing to the
Lord in private is a
beautiful thing, Pope
Francis counts Mass
as the most sublime
form of prayer.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PRAYER IS
THE MASS

Pope Francis speaks very often about prayer. I remember
that, not long ago, he had addressed the faithful with a
specific question: “What is prayer?” It seems like a simple
question that we should not have difficulty answering. The
Holy Father himself surprises us by saying, “Mass is prayer,
indeed, it is a prayer par excellence, the highest, the most
sublime, and at the same time the most concrete. In fact,
it is the encounter of love with God through His word and
the body and blood of Jesus.” The Pope spoke of dialogue,
of relationship with God, a relationship that we must keep
well in mind.
