Ayala Land Premier (ALP), the luxury arm
of leading Philippine real estate developer
Ayala Land Inc., has continued to enjoy
impressive growth across its entire portfolio.
In the first six months of 2018, ALP posted
sales growth of more than 40%, compared
with the year-earlier period, and is expected
to breach the PHP40 billion (US$769.2 million)
mark in sales for the financial year. This brisk
take-up points to steadily increasing demand
for luxury residences in the Philippines. Far
from resting on its laurels, ALP is using this
impressive momentum to make headway
into new areas and product formats. For this
year, its latest launches are valued at more
than PHP45 billion (US$865.3 million), and
ALP still sees steady demand for established
projects.
The developer’s strengths lie in its consis-
tency in delivering distinctive living experi-
ences in the most strategic locations. Its
projects have unfailingly evolved into the
country’s most desirable addresses with

proven long-term value, making for a multi-
generational investment.
ALP’s most successful offerings range from
sleek towers in sophisticated central busi-
ness districts (CBDs) to verdant estates in the
scenic countryside. In the modern, bustling
CBD of Makati City, ALP’s Park Central Tow-
ers soars with two towers of well-appointed
luxury standing on an ultra-prime address.
Arca South is Metro Manila’s most prom-
ising new growth center. The transport-ori-
ented estate features seamless connectivity
to established CBDs, such as Bonifacio Global
City and Makati, and the booming Calabar-
zon region. Here, ALP is at work on Arbor
Lanes, a mid-rise residential enclave woven
into lush gardens that provide an urban oasis
in this rising district.
South of the metropolis, ALP highlights
nature-centric living in Cerilo, its newest
development in the award-winning, master-
planned, eco-community of Nuvali. In this
green haven, 80% of homes open up to a

vast park system, taking full advantage of
the picturesque terrain. Defining luxury low-
density development, 50% of the estate’s
land area is dedicated to open space.

Forging Onward and Ahead
The coastal city of Davao has emerged as a
major growth center in the southern Philip-
pines. ALP’s parent company, Ayala Land, has
been an active partner in the city’s develop-
ment by investing in mixed-use, master-
planned, sustainable estates. Its Azuela Cove
is envisioned as Davao’s newest seaside life-
style hub, with a full range of facilities and
