school for Tippi, and we hoped we
could find a setting where the year groups were not too big, where
she could be encouraged and nurtured, and also where Mandarin
lessons were offered.
The teachers at Brighton Montessori are kind and welcoming.
They’ve offered her lots of encouragement and we have seen her
develop. She is able to count and sing songs in both English and
Mandarin, and we’ve seen Tippi become more confident and
imaginative at home. She is given individual targets by her teacher,
which we are encouraged to work upon as a family homework
activity. This not only helps to reinforce her learning but allows us
to be involved. We are very happy to have joined the school.
