Honest Burgers has been one of my favourite

places to eat in London for a long time. I used

to queue outside their tiny site in Brixton

with my flatmates at 11.30am to get one of the

few seats inside. A couple of years ago, they

started a brunch menu to bring the New York

trend across the Atlantic and to up the ante on

the Great British fry-up. What’s better than

top-quality ingredients and a dippy egg?
