MAKING UP
Do NOT press.
Join right shoulder seam using back stitch,
or mattress stitch if preferred.


NECKBAND
With RS facing, using 3.25mm needles,
pick up and knit 22 ( 22 :25: 25 :30) sts down
left side of front neck, knit across 30 sts on
front holder as folls: K4, (K2tog, K3) 5 times,
K1, pick up and knit 22 ( 22 :26: 26 :30) sts
up right side of front neck, and 3 sts down
right side of back neck, knit across
42 ( 42 :46: 46 :4 8) s t s on b a c k h ol d e r a s fol l s:
K5 ( 5 :4: 4 :3), (K2tog, K3) 7 ( 7 :8: 8 :9) times,
K2 ( 2 :2: 2 :0), then pick up and knit 4 sts up
left side of back neck.
111 ( 111 :121: 121 :131) sts.


Row 1 (WS): P2, K2, P3; rep from to last
4 sts, K2, P2.
Row 2: K2, P2, K3, P2; rep from to last
2 sts, K2.
These 2 rows form rib.
Work 5 row s m ore i n r i b, e n d i n g w it h R S
facing for next row.
Cast off in rib.


Join left shoulder and neckband seam.
Mark points along side seam edges 19 (20½:
22:23½:25) cm either side of shoulder seams
(to denote base of armhole openings).


BELT
Using 3.25mm needles, cast on 11 sts.
Row 1 (RS): K2, (P1, K1) 4 times, K1.
Row 2: K1, (P1, K1) 5 times.
These 2 rows form rib.
Cont in rib until belt meas 160 ( 170 :180: 190 :
200) cm, ending with RS facing for next row.
Cast off in rib.


FINISHING
Pl a c e c e nt re of c a s t- of f e d ge of sl e e ve to
shoulder seam. Sew top of sleeve to body,
using markers as a guide.
Join side and sleeve seams.
