The majority of this growth will come
from expansion of its digital teams,
focusing on development, design and
marketing as well as product and
business analysis.
Cooper is genuinely moved by seeing
his plans for the new Manchester space
come to life.
He said: “Over the past year, finding
and creating a new digital headquarters
that works for our teams, which we can
be proud of and which supports our
plans for the future has been one of our
key focuses as a business.”


Speaking of the location, which was
decided on after polling staff, he
praises the flexibility that the huge
53,000 sq ft floor plate allows.
And adds: “We are not a business
that relies on walk-in trade and don’t
see the point of paying for somewhere
in Spinningfields.
“Fifteen years after starting the
company - and a number of office
moves later - expanding the business
into Manchester’s city centre is
something that I am personally hugely
proud of.”
