A Breed Apart
As a fine dining establishment, Restaurant
JAG is pretty much on point. Its artisanal
approach is evident in decor and setting,
from the custom wood and stone work, to the
Gueridons in the dining room and the custom
glass work from Japan, it is the attention to all
the small details that communicate who the
restaurant is.
Spread across two floors, the ground level
seats just 26 and is tailored for romance or
the intimate with views of the open kitchen,
while the upper level boasts a bar and
lounge area outfitted with Chesterfields, that
serves cocktails and teas showcasing some
of the seasonal herbs regularly flown in from
Savoie in France, bringing a little slice of the
alps to Asia.
Inspired by the beauty and nature of the
French mountainside, the thoughtfully selected
40 indigenous herbs are the stars at Restaurant
JAG, with every dish by Michelin-starred chef
Jeremy Gillon intimately created to highlight
the distinctive trait of each herb. The menu of
