Model Show at RAF

Cosford. They have produced a

whole range of items that will

be of interest to the modeller,

and have sent us some images

of their most popular items.

To start we have the modular

storage unit for 36 mm bottles,

e.g. Tamiya, Mr.Hobby, and

Lifecolor. The next item is the

configurable tool stand.  This

comes with parts for three

brush compartments, three tool

compartments and two “plier”

compartments so that the user can

configure to their requirements.

The modular range is laser-cut

from 3 and 6 mm MDF and comes

as a flat-pack requiring assembly

with PVA wood glue. These units

are designed to either stack

together or stand on their own.

CONCLUSION

The stand and drawer units are

simple to assemble and can be used

F-16 Accessories from Wolfpack

e are currently

working on a

new book on the

F-16, and Wolfpack kindly

supplied the following

sets to be added to the

models being built for the

modelling section.

AN/ALQ-167(V) ECM POD SET

MANUFACTURER: Wolfpack

Seen on US Navy F-16 Aggressors,

as well as F/A-18s and F-5s, is this

very neat 1/48 pod from Wolfpack.

The set comes with 11 parts to

make the AN/ALQ-167(V)70/72 or

the AN/ALQ-167(V)71/73. Crisply

moulded in grey resin, the parts are

flash- and air bubble-free.

F-16C/D/E/F F110 ENGINE

NOZZLE SET

This excellent resin set brings the F-16’s

F110 engine to life with four resin parts

and one etched, and comes complete

with some fine nozzle detailing, the

F-16I IDF ”SUFA” COCKPIT SET

This neat cockpit set comes in 12

resin parts, two cockpit tubs, two

ejector seats with separate pull

handles, and internal sidewall

pieces. Designed for the Kinetic kit,

the level of detail is very good and

will certainly enhance your model.

F-16F BLOCK 50 UAE COCKPIT

This set is for the Kinetic F-16F

“Desert Falcon” kit and as with the

F-16I ”Sufa” cockpit set, the

level of detail is very good,

seats with separate pull

handles, and internal sidewall

pieces.

CONCLUSION

All of these sets are beautifully

cast and the photographic

instructions mean there is no

doubt where anything fits.
