stressed enough as it is a skill necessary to be a successful leader. One’s words, actions,
and behaviors are on stage all of the time. Further, how you manage and react to oth-
er’s words, actions, and behaviors is equally important. Critical leadership attributes of
mindfulness and self-awareness, coupled with an executive coach to support one’s pro-
fessional and personal development, will enhance both leadership and organizational
performance.
