Advanced Clinical Care” (NURS 821), which will focus on implementation of these advanced
social/ behavioral interventions.
- Some BSN- to- DNP programs are including post- master’s DNP students in the same coursework.
In some instances this may be appropriate, and other times, this kind of course scheduling does not
recognize the advanced skills an experienced APRN already has nor recognize the different content
needs a post BSN- to- DNP has. We have heard from very frustrated post- master’s DNP students
who have experienced this. When this is done simply for cost savings, it seems very inappropriate. - To Err is Human, Building a Safer Health System, 1999; Crossing the Quality Chasm: A New Health

have a clinical, not organizational, focus. - Complete list of 2016 Planetree Certified Partners: http:// planetree.org/ wp- content/ uploads/
