Hi! I’m Doris, the new editor
of Quilt Sampler® magazine. I’ve
read this publication faithfully for
the last 15 years, using it as a road trip
guide and to daydream about traveling to
new locations and fabulous new-to-me shops! What
I love most about Quilt Sampler is that it’s focused on
supporting independent quilt shops, whether it’s your
local shop or one you explore on your next trip.
I’m thrilled to introduce you to the next 10 top
shops. This issue has a great mix of stores , including
small town and urban locations and those with modern
and traditional aesthetics. O ne common theme is that
the owners and staff are all dedicated and passionate
about teaching the craft and sharing their knowledge,
particularly with beginners.
Following each shop profi le is a magazine-exclusive
project they've created, with kits available for each
project. I’d love to see what you make from the magazine.
