There is a degree of choose-your-own-adventure gaming to The Wolf Among Us
voice acting and soundtrack. The
fi rst of fi ve episodes is free, but you’ll
soon be hooked and want to buy the
rest – £2.91/$4.99 per episode or
£8.74/$14.99 for a season pass.One of the main attractions of this tower-
defence game is that you get to play as both
Light and Dark Sides. The single-screen action
involves setting up gun and infantry-spawning towers to
tackle waves of attackers. Scrap metal from defeated
foes can be used to create more towers. You can also
command up to three champions – Luke, Obi-Wan, Yoda
etc – to use their special abilities. It’s enjoyable, but we’d
welcome a fast-forward option. As you progress through
the missions, units can be upgraded using the in-game

This system offers a lot more freedom and fl exibility for
character progression while also aiding replay value. The
real-time combat is fun, making use of special abilities, while
character dialogue is often funny and varied, including the
option to negotiate with some enemies.
