spaceship’s crew has created a host of

malevolent zombie types that will kill

you with great regularity.

This is a slow-paced puzzler with more

than a small helping of malice. With your

hands stuck inside a box that’s covered

with unexplained gizmos, and a sarcastic

scientist watching on, you’ll need to find

the subtle clues hidden in the room to

work out how to solve each puzzle.

You can tell a lot about a bad guy by his
name. Destiny 2 offers a new threat for
you to take down: the Red Legion, led by
some guy called Ghaul – and with a name
like that he’s sure to be horribly evil.
If you need more proof of his badness,
he’s also stripped all Guardians of their
powers and sent them packing, meaning
none of your progression from the first
game will carry over. Bummer. It also

means you’ll have to travel to unexplored

parts of the solar system to build up your

skills and amass an arsenal that’ll allow

you to reclaim The Last City.

Bungie isn’t showing off any gameplay

until later this month, with more to come

at E3 in June, but we do know that there’ll

be a beta in the summer, and that the

game will be coming to PC this time too.

Whether that means cross-platform

multiplayer support, allowing console

gamers to team up with their QWERTY-

packing friends, is not yet known; but

Rocket League has shown it’s possible,

so fingers crossed, eh?

Chances are the beta will come to PS4

first, and while there’s no release date

for that yet, we do know when the game

will be out: 8 September. Mark your

calendars, Guardians.
