SUPERTEST SUPERPHONES

German camera marque Leica
has supplied the glass for the
P10 and P10 Plus, but only the
bigger version gets ultra-wide
f/1.8 apertures on its lenses.

Tall order

Reaching the top
of the 5.5in screen
can be a bit tricky
for smaller hands.
Give the onscreen
buttons a swipe
and it’ll shrink
down the UI for
easy access.

Hidden cameras
There are loads of
camera modes to
try out, but many
of them are hidden;
swipe to the
right to uncover
monochrome,
timelapse and
light painting.

Adobe Lihtroom
Mobile
£free
The P10 Plus can
shoot in DNG RAW,
saving more detail
in every photo
than you’d get
with a humble
jpg. Adobe’s
Lightroom app lets
you edit those files
when you’re on
the move, without
having to upload
them to a PC first
for editing. No
waiting around.

Control eek
Not many phones
have an IR blaster
any more, but the
P10 Plus does. It
can learn any IR
remote, letting it
control more than
just your TV and
set-top box.

Havin twins
Got multiple app
accounts? App
Twin lets you run
two versions of
an app, so you
don’t have to
waste your time
logging in and out
all the time.
