the V2500 engine and is a regular licensed supplier
of Goodrich nacelle tooling for operators of CFM56
and GE engines.
Aircraft Tooling
Through its tool design expertise, its lean produc-
tion and its worldwide supply chain HYDRO is the
official licensee of Boeing, Sukhoi and Goodrich
and the strategic design and manufacturing partner
of Airbus, Embraer and Antonov.
HYDRO designes and manufactures most of the
tools for the A400M military program.
Engineering
A third of HYDRO ́s workforce is involved in rese-
arch and development. HYDRO designs customized
solutions and supports customers all the way from
the eruption of an idea to the complete implemen-
tation of major projects.
Due to its key know-how in transportation, leveli-
ng, positioning, installing and joining critical aircraft
components and segments the company has
designed and manufactured Final Assembly Line
equipments for the most important aircraft manu-
facturers around the world.
HYDRO has demonstrated its capability to manage
turnkey projects successfully. Its customized solu-
tions enable MROs and Airlines to optimize their
maintenance procedures. “Design to cost” guaran-
tees value engineering.
Service
As a full service provider HYDRO Systems provides
after sales services like spare parts management,
technical support, commissioning and training as
well as on site maintenance and calibration, repair,
proof load testing, recertification and modification.
A global network of service centers enables a full
package on site service.
HYDRO ́s repair stations are certified by Airbus,
Boeing, Rolls-Royce and Didsbury. In April 2014 Air-
bus and HYDRO signed a Maintenance Agreement
for the worldwide servicing and repair of GSE and
maintenance tooling.
