Forthe tax year beginning July 1, 2022,
the estimated real propertyassessablebase
will increase by 6.9% from $120,591,130 to
$128,942,691.

If the Town of FairmountHeightsmaintains
the current tax rate of $.43 per $100 of
assessment, real property tax revenueswill
increaseby 6.9% resultingin $35,912of new
real propertytax revenues.
3.Inordertofullyoffsettheeffectofincreasing

The Town of FairmountHeightsis consid-
