CENTRE
Windhoek Flight Training Centre has
been Namibia’s number one flight crew
training provider since 1996.
They offer the following course on
aeroplanes, helicopters: Private Pilot’s
Licence, Night Ratings, Instrument
Ratings, Commercial Pilot’s Ground
School, Commercial Pilot’s Licence,
Airline Pilot’s Ground School. The school
also offers gyro training.
Being situated in Windhoek Namibia,
WFTC has sunny clear skies all year
round, ensuring our students are rarely
grounded due to bad weather.
WFTC operates from the BD Roos
hangar complex at Eros airport, where
they have full lecture and briefing
facilities. WFTC has the biggest training
fleet in Namibia. Catering for all types of
training, from basic trainers to complex
single engine aircraft, as well as multi-
engine training aircraft. WFTC has the
only flight simulator of its kind in Namibia,
allowing economic flight training, without
compromising flight safety.
All instrument training flights can
be conducted from our base as we
are a mere 23 miles from the nearest
instrument approach facility.
