The FWIT activities made the majority of the movements

in June at Leeuwarden. On the 15th one unfortunate Volkel

based F-16 made two precautionary landings with hung prac-

tice bombs that refused to leave their launch rails. Two days

later the Hoogvliegers foundation arrived with 12 general

aviation airplanes to take serious ill children to the sky in

the vicinity of Leeuwarden. Highlights of the month has to

be the fourship ALCAs from Draken International, arriving all

the way from Nellis AFB (CA), transiting through Goose Bay,

Keflavik, Prestwick to support the FWIT community with air

Helicentre is operating flights for Dutch supermarket chain ‘Plus’ with this EC120B. When the helicopter is not in use for such flights, the branche

owners name and the PLUS logo will be temporarily removed from PH-UNN. (Teuge, 4 June 2017, Roy Wassink)
