The Hi Fly Airbus on the 13th performed a local test flight

in full Srilankan colours. On the 16th Qatar Airways started

Airbus A350 services to Belgium. The A350 replaces the

Boeing 787-8 on the 8x weekly route. On that same day a

new addition to the Brussels Airlines fleet was delivered

from Prague. The first Maleth-Aero Boeing 737 on the 23rd

has been chartered by Guns N’Roses for a part of their tour.

The Hi Fly Airbus on the same day was ferried to Dusseldorf

still in full Srilankan colours. The first weekly flight from

Tehran operated by Qeshm Air took place on the 27th. The

month ended with United operating their regular flight with

a Boeing 777-300.

Qatar Airways was the first airline to take delivery of the Airbus A350-900. A7-ALA was transferred from the manufacturer to the airline on 22

December 2014 and arrived in Qatar the next day. The Airbus A350 has replaced the Dreamliner on the service to Belgium. (Brussels, 21 June
