Airways subsidiary, and as such part
of the IAG Group, the airline has its
own leadership team led by Managing
Director Adam Carson. It operates as a
separate accounting entity and enjoys
a certain amount of autonomy.

marketed as British Airways, with the
fleet wearing full BA livery with
additional ‘Operated by BA CityFlyer’
titles under the cockpit window.

Airways product on board, including
Euro Traveller and Club Europe
cabins and the opportunity to earn
Avios points.

geography, close to
Canary Wharf in the heart
of the city, aircraft
must make a steeper
approach than they
would at other
airfields.
The carrier was
launched in 2007
after British Airways
offloaded its BA Connect
subsidiary to Flybe.
