    Charter flights are normally
    booked directly with the operator,
    with Federal Airlines the booking will
    be done with the charter division,
    Bateleur, whereas shuttle flights need
    to be booked through either a tour
    operator, travel agency or with
    the lodge itself.

    required for the Beechcraft 1900,
    Learjet and Embraer amongst others.
