and performed its
maiden fl ight on
June 28, 1968. It
was retained by
the manufacturer
for trials until 1973,
when it fi nally
joined the RAF as an
operational aircraft.
Today it can be found
at Bruntingthorpe,
Leicestershire where
it is kept ‘live’ and
regularly taxies at
the airfi eld’s popular
