Harrier GR.3 restored in Britain for Estonian museum

be stripped to the smallest possible
dimension to order to satisfy load height
criteria on European roads.
Staff at the Estonian Aviation Museum
have started to reassemble the aircraft
and will complete some fi nal cosmetic
work before putting XZ994 on display.
“All the team at Jet
Art are very

happy to have completed yet another
aircraft restoration,” company boss
Chris Wilson told FlyPast. “This time
there’s the added bonus that the
fi nished product will be going on public
display in a museum. That brings this
particular project to a nice conclusion.”

Eurofi ghter Typhoon FGR.4 ZK318 is
carrying a distinctive RAF 100 design on
its tailfi n this year to mark the Royal Air

Northamptonshire’s Sywell Aviation Museum
opened on March 31 for the 2018 ‘season’.
Numerous military vehicles and re-enactors
attended the unveiling of a plaque by 378
Squadron ATC, marking the RAF’s centenary
and 90 years since the aerodrome was
