Better practices
Clever people learn from
the errors of other peo-
ple. After over 60 years of business
aviation history, we usually find
out, what works and what does not
work. Everything may be summari-
zed in a set of better practices that
are being operationally adopted
by means of the IS-BAO and SMS
implementation, as well as the Cer-
tified Aviation Manager via NBAA.
In the transaction area, several
associations were formed with the
goal of sharing tools capable to
foster better practices and providing
excellent experiences to operators,
buyers and salesmen, adopting the
best ways to do things.
