1 Heat1 tspoftheoilina large
wokoverhighheat.Pouregg
intowok.Cook,tiltingwok,until
omeletteis justset.Remove
omelettefromwok,chopcoarsely.
2 Heat3 tspoftheremainingoil
inwok.Stir-frychicken2 minsor
